Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a factory. Etching, laser cutting and CNC work are done in our own Shenzhen workshop, and our engineers build and test the equipment we supply.
How long is your delivery time?
Spare parts in stock usually ship 2–3 working days after payment. Machines take about 10–15 working days; etched parts depend on quantity and process and are confirmed in the quotation.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples can be offered free of charge; the buyer covers the freight cost.
What are your payment and trade terms?
Standard terms are FOB Shenzhen in USD by T/T. Orders up to USD 1,000 are paid 100% in advance; larger orders 50% in advance and the balance before shipment.
Do you accept OEM / ODM orders?
Yes. Custom etched parts, non-standard machine configurations and OEM spare parts are all welcome — send your drawing or sample.
