Manufacturing Process

From raw material to finished precision part

Surface Preparation

Surface Preparation

Every precision etching process starts with proper surface preparation.
Raw metal sheets such as stainless steel, copper, or aluminum are first processed through a chemical cleaning machine, where oil, dust, and oxide layers are completely removed.

This stage ensures excellent surface energy and adhesion, which directly impacts the accuracy of the subsequent pattern transfer.
A stable and uniform surface is the foundation of high-quality etching, especially for fine features and tight tolerances.

Photoresist Coating & Imaging

Photoresist Coating & Imaging

After cleaning, the material is laminated with a photoresist film that protects specific areas during etching.
The sheet is then transferred into an exposure system, where UV light passes through precision artwork to transfer the design onto the material surface.

This step determines the final geometry, resolution, and alignment of the product.
High-precision exposure ensures consistent line widths, sharp edges, and repeatability across batches, making it essential for industries requiring micro-scale accuracy.

Developing & Precision Etching

Developing & Precision Etching

The exposed material enters a developing machine, where the unprotected areas are revealed, forming the exact pattern to be etched.
It is then processed in a chemical etching machine, where controlled chemical reactions remove material from exposed regions.

Advanced spray systems, multi-row nozzles, and stable pressure control ensure uniform etching depth and high production efficiency.
This process enables the creation of complex geometries, burr-free edges, and ultra-fine features that are difficult to achieve with mechanical machining.

Stripping, Cleaning & Finishing

Stripping, Cleaning & Finishing

Once etching is completed, the remaining photoresist is removed using a stripping machine, revealing the final etched structure.
The parts then pass through a multi-stage rinsing and drying system, eliminating any chemical residues and ensuring a clean, high-quality surface finish.

Final inspection is carried out to verify dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and consistency before packaging or further processing.
This integrated finishing stage ensures that every component meets strict industrial standards and is ready for immediate application.
