Metal & PCB Production Spray Etching Machine
Production-grade spray etching machine engineered as the workhorse of metal and PCB chemical etching lines. Etchant is delivered through ten rows of 45° fan-angle nozzles at 3.0–3.5 MPa pump pressure — roughly 30% more spray density than the 7–8 row layouts common on the market — producing tighter edge definition at higher conveyor speed. Reinforced PP square-tube tank construction with 15–20 mm wall thickness and triple-welded joints ensures the line survives multi-shift operation without leakage or deflection.

Why This Equipment
- 10-row nozzle bank vs. 7–8 on competitor lines — 30% more spray-impact density without raising pump speed.
- 45° fan-angle nozzle pattern — uniform impingement across the panel width, eliminates center-fast / edge-slow etching.
- 4-stage filtration cascade — bath solids are extracted continuously, extending bath life and reducing surface defects.
- Self-cleaning spray rack — racks rinse in-place without disassembly, cutting downtime per shift.
- 15–20 mm PP wall + triple weld + encrypted reinforcing tubing — survives years of acid duty without deflection.

Where This Equipment Fits in the Production Line
This is the central etch cell in a typical wet processing line. Upstream it accepts panels from the Developing Machine; downstream it hands off to the Photoresist Stripping Machine and final Chemical Cleaning Machine.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?
Standard configurations: 8–12 weeks. Non-standard customizations: 12–16 weeks. Lead time includes mechanical build, electrical commissioning, bath chemistry validation on our pilot line, and packaged shipment.
What is the role of the 45° fan-angle nozzle?
A 45° fan disperses the spray across the panel width while still delivering normal-incidence impact on the metal surface. Wider-angle nozzles drop in pressure; narrower angles leave un-sprayed lanes between nozzles. 45° is the production sweet spot for through-etching on 0.05–3.2 mm sheet.
Is the machine customized to my production line?
Yes. Every system is built around your panel size, throughput target, available utilities, and downstream process integration. Standard dimensions in the spec table are the most-ordered configurations, but length, width, and bath sequence are all configurable.
Can I see this machine running before I buy?
Yes. We are not only an equipment manufacturer but also operate our own etching factory. Customers are welcome to visit Shenzhen for a live machine demonstration on the same chemistry they intend to run in production.
